Before founding Singularity Arc Capital, Brett was a Senior Associate at a leading VC/PE tax practice, where he structured Time-100-level venture fund allocations, designing bespoke waterfall models from the ground up.

This work gave him a rare, inside view of institutional capital mechanics and the discipline required to manage them. Today, he applies that rigor to public markets, building systematic, fundamentals-driven models to uncover mispriced risk and capture inevitable returns.
